The TL-SG1024D 24-Port Gigabit Desktop/Rackmount Switch is compatible with all 10, 100, and 1,000 Mbps Ethernet devices, allowing you to protect your existing investments while migrating to a faster network. All ports support full- and half-duplex transfer modes for 10/100 Mbps and full-duplex transfer mode for 1,000 Mbps. The switch also supports IEEE 802.3x flow control for full-duplex mode and backpressure for half-duplex transfer mode.
